Career Aspirations

At the moment my career focus is in two streams: Website Design/Development and Business Analysis. I would like to continue to develop my skills in web design/development, keeping abreast with standards and other developments in the web community. I would also like to add .net and oracle to my repetoire as well as xml; I also want to learn more of photoshop and flash and other adobe products.

In business analysis, I want to learn all of its ins and outs and particularly further develop my interpersonal communication skills.

As for career goals, within 5 years I would like to have enough skills and experience to project manage small projects within government or contract out to government/private enterprise.
